SPAN NETWORKS' MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS are available for in and out of warranty on all the leading hardware manufacturers. There are various standard maintenance contracts available; in addition a bespoke service can be arranged to best serve your business needs. Normal hours 9am to 5.30pm, Monday-Friday, with full coverage available 7 days per week at any hour for emergencies.

Our various service programs provide: Guaranteed on-site response
and repair times, all labour, parts and travel required for repairs,
access to spare parts, various pricing options. Span Networks have
a fully equipped Technical Workshop capable of handling all of your
company's repair requirements. All of our Customer Engineers are
Microsoft certified in a wide variety of industry fields, and kept up
to date with the latest technology.

We continuously enrol our team of Engineers in
new training courses, many of which are
mandatory for them to retain their
certifications.
